Four years ago, we needed to relocate for work. We were on a very tight time schedule, yet in need of a safe, comfortable place to live that was not in need or repair, and fit into our meager budget. Ed and Teri helped us to find the perfect home in a great neighborhood within our price range, and we couldn't be happier here. They were on call at all times, even when we needed to make or change appointments with only a few hours notice, and Teri personally showed us every property we requested -- and gave us her honest, professional opinions about each one. When the time comes for us to sell someday, we will be sure to have Ed and Teri represent our property, because we know we can trust them to go above and beyond in all areas.

I had tried to sell my home myself and after 6 months trying to sell it with very little exposure I offered Ed the chance even though he wasn't 1 of 3 companies that I interviewed. Ed didn't know me at all and while I was trying to sell my home myself had said more then once he was sending people over to drive by and look it over and would be willing to start the process if one was interested. Ed never pressured me to sign on with Prudential real estate but I remembered his personality was pleasant and trusting. So I went outside of my 3 choices for listing my home and Ed assured me he had confidence my home would sell. Ed had I believe 3 Sunday showings from Early November into December which to me isn't prime house hunting time and had my home under contract to sell before the Christmas Holiday which was a gift to me for sure. Final Closing happened within about 5 weeks. His persistence and willing to Open my home up for Sunday viewers to come walk through lead to a quick sale even though Football Games were going on during that season. It's too easy to sit back and wait for people to call and look at a home for sale but Ed had several Open houses which brought the Curious inside for a closer look without obligation.
